2. Processing of personal data
When you use our website, personal data may be processed.
2.1. Personal data
Personal data is information that refers to an identified or identifiable person. This especially includes information that enable inferences about your identity to be drawn, such as your name, telephone number, address or email address. Statistical data which we collect when you visit our website and which cannot be linked to your person is not classed as personal data.
2.2. Informational use
You can visit our website without entering any personal details. Every time you visit our website, we collect data that relays your browser automatically so you can visit the website. In particular, this includes:
- IP address of the requesting terminal device
- Date and time of the request
- Address of the website accessed and the requesting website
- Information on the browser used and the operating system of the terminal device
Data processing is necessary to enable you to visit the website and guarantee the permanent functioning and security of our systems. Moreover, for the purposes described, the data mentioned is saved temporarily in internal log files to generate statistical information on the use of our website, refine our website with regard to the usage habits of our visitors (e.g. if the proportion of mobile end devices used to access the pages increases) and manage our website in general. Art. 6 Par. 1 Section 1.b. of the GDPR forms the legal basis.
The information saved in the log files does not allow any direct inferences about your person – in particular, we save the IP addresses solely in a shortened form. The log files are saved for seven days and archived once they have been anonymised.
2.3. Online application

Cookies are small files that are stored on data carriers and save the particular settings and data for the exchange with computer systems via web browsers. Our website currently does not use any cookies to protect your privacy.
4. Recipients of the data
The data we collect is passed on only if this is required to fulfil the contract or ensure the technical functionality of the website, or there is any other legal basis to pass on data.
Part of the data processing may be performed by our service providers. Specifically, personal data is passed on to 1&1 Internet SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (1&1) for the storage of our website and databases. If we pass on data to service providers, they may use the data exclusively with a view to fulfilling their duties. The service providers have been carefully selected and commissioned by us. They are contractually bound by our instructions, have their own technical and organisational measures to protect the rights of the people affected and are regularly inspected by us.

You also have the right to data portability, i.e. upon request we will send you a digital copy of the personal data you have provided.

This also applies if you would like to receive copies of guarantees as proof of an appropriate data protection level. Ultimately, you have the right to submit a complaint to the data protection supervisory authority responsible for us. You can assert this right with a supervisory authority in the member state of your place of residence, your workplace or the place of the alleged infringement. 6. Data security
We use technical and organisational measures to secure our website and other systems against the loss, destruction, access, alteration or dissemination of data by unauthorised people. Despite regular controls, however, complete protection against all risks is not possible.
